What does RCA English Helper Level C1 mean?

C1 usually means advanced English in the CEFR level system. A C1 learner can understand longer texts, express ideas clearly, and use English for study or work with more independence.

Always check what the RCA activity measured. A level from one activity may not describe every English skill equally.
