Use only the official app or your school-provided access path. This community cannot reset passwords or verify school accounts.

• Update RCA by EnglishHelper from the official app store.
• Check that mobile data or Wi-Fi is working.
• Restart the app and try again after a few minutes.
• Ask your teacher or school coordinator if the account is inactive.
